About the Role
This is not your typical marketing role. We’re looking for a deeply technical storyteller—someone who’s written code professionally, knows the software dev lifecycle inside and out, and loves communicating technical ideas in all forms.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend your time writing, recording, speaking, and teaching. One morning might start with scripting a product launch video or writing a blog for a new feature. After lunch, you’re polishing a how-to tutorial for running Unleash at scale for platform architects or prepping to host a technical workshop. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and documentation teams to make sure developers understand not just what Unleash can do—but how to do it.
Responsibilities
- Continuously optimize our content strategy based on developer feedback and impact
- Write technical content, such as tutorials, blog posts, and how-to guides
- Create product-focused videos, walkthroughs, and live demos
- Help drive feature launches with compelling, technically accurate content
- Deliver live workshops and support enablement efforts with hands-on guidance
- Collaborate across teams to align content with roadmap and user needs
- Contribute to messaging and positioning to ensure technical assets align with product goals, target personas, and go-to-market initiatives
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years as a professional software developer
- Experience in technical marketing, developer advocacy, or similar
- Excellent communication skills—you’re confident explaining technical topics in writing, on camera, and live
- Passion for teaching, clarity, and developer experience
- Bonus: familiarity with feature flags, CI/CD, or developer tooling
Location
This role is located in Europe.
