Fair Use Policy

In order to ensure a great user experience for all users of Unleash SaaS services, Unleash Pro and Unleash Enterprise SaaS subscriptions are subject to fair use policy. Bricks Software d/b/a Unleash does not limit the number of feature toggles, variants nor activation strategies used on our SaaS platform. Furthermore, we have no limitations on the amount of traffic you get per month (MAU/MTU). We do however constrain on the combined total number of API requests sent to the Unleash APIs. As a guideline to our community, we expect that users will be well within the range of the plan. For outliers, we will, where possible, reach out to work together with the customer to identify possible wrong configurations or alternative corrective actions. 

 

For the Pro plan 

The number of included API calls is 20 req/s over a 30-day gliding window.  This translates to 51 840 000 requests over a 30-day gliding window. Bundles of additional API calls are available. 

 

For the Enterprise SaaS plan

The number of included API calls is 100 req/s over a 30-day gliding window unless other is stated in the signed quote.  This translates to 259 200 000 requests over a 30-day gliding window. Additional API calls are available – please contact sales for details.

 

For the Enterprise self-hosted plan

For Enterprise self-hosted, this policy does not apply.
