Egil is the co-founder and CEO of Unleash. As a seasoned enterprise technologist and product strategist, he operates at the cutting edge of business and software engineering.

With deep experience at both large corporations like Visma and high-growth startups like Unleash, Egil has a proven track record of building and scaling efficient software organizations. He has valuable hands-on experience in business transformations, product strategy, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Egil’s mission is to help technology leaders and businesses move beyond traditional DevOps by embracing FeatureOps, a new methodology that provides a critical safety net for the accelerating, and often risky, world of agentic software development. He has a unique ability to speak the language of both engineers and senior executives, making complex topics accessible and actionable.
