Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical, qualitative and quantitative insights to help drive more effectiveness and efficiency in our go-to-market (GTM) activities
  • Work independently on assignments of a complex nature where initiative and creativity are required in resolving challenges and/or developing recommendations with special focus on revenue analytics and data-driven insights
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process changes to improve conversion and velocity.
  • Own the RevOps tech stack with HubSpot at the core; ensure scalable architecture, data integrity, and governance.
  • Provide analytical thought leadership for GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) by delivering actionable insights to support strategic and operational priorities
  • Ensure we have the right technology stack and data infrastructure to support our GTM teams. Oversee the Revenue Operations tech stack and drive best-in-class reporting and dashboarding for real-time visibility
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across systems so that decision-making is based on reliable, consistent metrics
  • Evaluate new tools and automation opportunities to further empower the team.
  • Measure, track, and analyze the GTM team’s productivity and success via KPI’s
  • Help prepare monthly executive reporting data that includes metrics such as pipeline growth, quota attainments, win/loss rates, client profitability, and GTM team performance
  • Create a transparent process for tracking sales funnel and operational metrics, and explore alternatives to improve performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, analytics, or computer science. Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience leading transformational projects or experience in sales operations, revenue operations or a similar role (e.g., business operations, management consulting)
  • Experience using technology & automation to solve problems
  • Experience working in a start-up, all hands on deck culture
  • Expertise in using Hubspot, Gong & related products in the revenue tech stack
