Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Development or Business Development leader to build out the Sales Development function at Unleash from scratch. Management experience is not required. This is a great opportunity to grow your career from a top performing individual contributor to a manager.


You will:

  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of Outbound focused SDRs
  • Lead through example as a player/coach while the team is built out.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of the SDR Team’s skills in identifying and engaging potential customers.
  • Conduct daily coaching sessions to provide personalized feedback and mentorship for continuous growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team, offering insights on MQLs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Forge strong partnerships with Sales to refine opportunity management and qualification processes.
  • Work in tandem with the Sales and Marketing leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment forecasts to drive strategic decision-making.


  • 3+ years of recent experience as an outbound-focused SDR hitting quota.
  • Experience as an SDR in Open-source or Developer tools companies 
  • Knowledge of CRM software, especially Hubspot, but Salesforce is ok too.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with sales operations and/or marketing automation software is preferred.
  • Understanding of B2B software, Open Source software, and the developer product landscape is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a readiness to learn and master Unleash and the feature flag market.


  • This role may be located in the US (Eastern or Central timezones), or in Europe.
